Saleh Alwahaishi is the college Coop program coordinator and an MIS Lecturer in the department of Accounting & MIS at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He is a recipient of two KFUPM distinction awards for excellence in Teaching and Academic Advising.
Dr. Alwahaishi received his Ph.D. degree in Informatics from VSB-TUO and his M.Sc. in Computer Science from New Mexico State University. His research interests lie in the area of technology acceptance models, cultural issues in IT/IS adoption, website evaluation, and E-commerce.
Dr. Alwahaishi has authored/co-authored several refereed journal/conference papers and book chapters. He is currently on editorial boards of three journals: the International Journal of Technology Diffusion, the International Journal of Digital Contents and Applications, and the International Journal of Digital Contents and Applications for Smart Devices. He has served as an IPC member for many IEEE and Springer conferences.
Dr. Alwahaishi research and development profile includes 15 years of experience in the Industry and Academia. Prior to his current post, he has worked as an Information Systems instructor at United Arab Emirates University and as a Technical Assistant at the Trade Section of the Brazilian Embassy in Riyadh.
